This model is a steer/ all-position tire engineered specially to provide handling responsiveness, uniform tread wear for extra mileage, and road grip. It is designed especially for regional and on/off-road application use.
The ContiTread HSR comes with an advanced compound molded into an optimized tread pattern that presents a four robust shoulder rib design with a large footprint for better pressure distribution providing more adherence, increased mileage, and more stability at the same time. Another role of multi-rib design is to reduce the road noise for a comfortable and quiet ride experience. It uses the 18/32 tread that presents a cut and chip resistant tread to provide casing durability, managing the road shocks and other hazards. Continental engineers use the latest innovation in the tire industry to provide longer wear and lower rolling resistance by predicting rubber characteristics at the molecular level.
For safety reasons this model uses an innovative technology that presents a unique pyramid-shaped stone ejection system offering maximum casing durability, and retreadability.
