    Continental LSR1

    This model is a steer/all-position tire developed especially to provide handling responsiveness, uniform tread wear for extra mileage, and road adherence. It is designed especially for regional and urban use.

    The LSR1 comes with an advanced compound molded into an optimized tread pattern that presents a multi-rib with a large footprint for better pressure distribution providing more adherence, increased mileage, and more stability at the same time. Another role of multi-rib design is to reduce the road noise for a comfortable and quiet ride experience. It uses the 17/32” tread that presents a durable tread compound to provide casing durability, managing road shocks, and other hazards. Continental engineers use the latest innovation in the tire industry to provide longer wear and lower rolling resistance by predicting rubber characteristics at the molecular level.

    For safety reasons this model uses an innovative technology that presents a unique pyramid-shaped stone ejection system offering maximum casing durability, and retreadability. Three wide, deep circumferential grooves provide high aquaplaning resistance by better water and slush dispersion from under the footprint, improving overall performance.

    Continental LSR1 is available in 17.5-inch size, being one of the best steer/all-position options for a wide range of vehicles used in freight transportation.
