This model is a premium low profile all-position tire developed especially for commercial use providing powerful traction, handling responsiveness, powerful grip, load safety, uniform tread, and more road stability. It is the best tire from the Double Coin lineup developed to show performance in P&D and regional applications.
The RT600 comes with a SmartWay verified tread compound molded into an optimized tread pattern that presents a five-rib design with wide shoulders for better pressure distribution providing increased mileage, adherence, and more lateral stability at the same time. It has 16/32, 18/32, and 19/32” tread depth designed to improve fuel efficiency, offering more mileage, and additional casing durability. Chinese engineers use the SmartWay verified technologies in the tire industry to guarantee longer wear and lower rolling resistance by predicting rubber characteristics at the molecular level. It shows approximately the same traction, adherence, and road stability as Bridgestone R238, Goodyear Fuel Max RSA, and Michelin XZE.
For safety reasons, this model has special stress relief sipes designed to combat the irregular wear along all ribs by absorbing rib edges stresses in the contact patch. Double Coin uses optimized groove geometry to increase the stone drilling/retention resistance for more casing durability and overall performance. Due to the four-wide zigzag circumferential tread grooves, the tire provides high hydroplaning resistance by better water and slush dispersion from under the footprint, improving wet grip, braking, and traction performance. Sidewall protectors promote multiple retreads designed to reduce the annual costs.
