How Do You Place an Order on NeoTires?
It all starts with finding the right product. Whether you already know what you need or are still doubting, use our Search Tool on the homepage to narrow down your options. This tool is your sidekick, helping you filter by tire size, type, vehicle, brand, or driving conditions.
Add it to your cart once you've decided on the right product. Fill in the shipping details and payment option you prefer, and head to checkout. Don't worry: we'll email you every step of the way so you're always confident about your order status. Order Processing Time
We get to work as soon as we receive your order and process it right away. We communicate instantly and efficiently with our delivery partners and warehouses, which ensures fast logistics management. Expect your tires within 2-3 business days, depending on your location. That's how long it usually takes us to close the order. In rare cases, delivery can take up to 5 days, but we will do our best to ensure this is not your case.
Tracking Your Order
At NeoTires, transparency is an essential attribute between us and our customers. As soon as you place your order, we will send you an Order Information email in which you will find your order tracking number. You can also request it through our assistants, who will send it via SMS. Your tracking number is your key to following the delivery process to your home or installer.
Need to Make a Change in Your Order?
Life happens, and we are OK with that. If you did not install, use, or drive the delivered tires, you can request a return or replacement within 30 days. If you change your mind right after placing the order, you can cancel it within 30 minutes in your Order History. Please make sure to manage the cancellation on time, as cancelling the order later is not possible.
