Easy Returns: Buying Tires with Confidence
We understand that any purchase can go wrong, and tires are no exception. Maybe you ordered the wrong size or type of tire - it happens. Whatever the reason, you can apply for a Return or Refund.
You can request a return and refund for products within 30 days of receiving your order. Tires are only accepted in new condition, undriven, unmounted, and unused in any way. So, you just need to make sure that they remain in their original condition to be able to return them successfully.
Do I Pay for Returns?
The shipping costs are the only charge for a return in the event of an order error (wrong size, wrong tire type, etc.). In this sense, ensure that the product you order fully matches your size and needs. Our assistants can help you find a suitable fit if you have doubts and are not sure about the right model or size. Cancellation Requests
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. You can do this by logging into your NeoTires account and navigating to Order History. Here, you will find a list of your orders and a cancel button. Alternatively, you can contact NeoTires support to help you with your order cancellation. Please note that, given the complex logistics of our shipping process, we can't cancel orders after the 30-minute window.
Defective Tires: Unlikely, But We've Got You Covered
We ship tires to our customers after a thorough inspection. They are unlikely to arrive at you in a defective or damaged condition. However, if this does happen due to any damage during shipping, we will take responsibility.
All you have to do is contact us as soon as you receive your tires and find any irregularities. We will initiate a Return Process. To facilitate it, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. You will attach it to the package you send back to us. We will do our best to deliver a new set to the quality standard you expect from us as soon as possible.
Refund Timeline: What to Expect
The refund process takes three to ten business days from the time we receive the tires back and confirm their unused condition. The refund will be issued using the original payment source.
