Sailun S637
It’s a versatile all-position tire developed to show high performance when it comes to handling responsiveness, road stability, safety and overall performance. It is designed to be mounted on P&D trucks, low platform trailers, regional trucks/trailers, and line-haul trucks.
The S637 comes with an innovative tread compound molded into an optimized five-rib tread pattern that presents multi-sipes on the ribs surface designed to provide additional traction, extending tire lifespan, reducing annual costs. It presents an extra-wide solid shoulder to resist damage caused by high-scrub applications. Sailun engineers use a wide footprint for better pressure distribution promoting uniform wear. Continuous shoulders distribute weight and torque uniformly to reduce irregular wear. Due to multiple S-sipes on lateral ribs, this tire provides outstanding wear performance, good braking, and fuel performance. Sailun uses a specialized tread compound developed to promote good resistance to irregular wear but also to improve fuel efficiency on highways.
For safety reasons, this model has four deep, wide circumferential grooves that guarantee good aquaplaning resistance by better water and slush dispersion from under the tire contact patch, providing the best braking and traction performance in wet weather conditions. Thanks to durable casing construction this model increases casing and tread stiffness, defending tire structure for additional mileage. The multi-rib pattern provides consistent handling and vehicle control, reducing rolling resistance but also promoting reliable control and lateral stability.
Sailun S637 is available in 16, 17.5, 19.5 and 22.5-inch sizes, with a variable tread depth depending on tire size. ST sizes have all-steel construction to promote more durability and strength in specialty trailer applications. It is one of the best all-position tire options for a wide range of commercial vehicles used in goods transportation, but also in construction applications.
