Subaru models have documented factory wheel diameters from 12 to 20 inches. Justy uses 12- and 13-inch wheels, while Ascent and Solterra reach 20 inches. Between those endpoints, Subaru fitments include 13-, 14-, 15-, 16-, 17-, 18- and 19-inch wheels across models such as Impreza, Legacy, Forester, Outback, WRX and BRZ.

Subaru Ascent uses 245/50R20 and 245/60R18, while Subaru Solterra uses 235/50R20 and 235/60R18. Both models have documented 18- and 20-inch factory wheels, with 18x7.5 and 20x7.5 wheel dimensions. Their tire designations remain distinct despite sharing the same two wheel diameters.

Subaru Justy is the only model with a documented 12-inch factory wheel diameter. Its factory wheel fitments cover 12 and 13 inches, with 13x5 representing its largest documented wheel. Other smaller-diameter Subaru models begin at 13 inches, including Brat, DL, GL, GL-10, Loyale and RX.

Subaru Impreza uses documented factory wheel diameters from 13 to 18 inches. Its fitments include every documented diameter in that interval: 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 inches. At the largest diameter, Impreza has both 18x7.5 and 18x8.5 factory wheels.

Subaru models with documented 18-inch factory wheels include Ascent, B9 Tribeca, BRZ, Crosstrek, Forester, Impreza, Legacy, Outback, Solterra, Tribeca, WRX, WRX STI and WRX STI (Canada). Complete 18-inch wheel dimensions differ by model; Legacy alone includes 18x7, 18x7.5 and 18x8 fitments.

Subaru Forester, Outback, WRX and WRX STI have documented 19-inch factory wheels. Forester uses 19x7 and 19x7.5 at that diameter, Outback uses 19x7, and both WRX and WRX STI use 19x8.5. Forester and Outback begin at 15 inches, WRX begins at 17 inches, and WRX STI begins at 18 inches.

Subaru Ascent and Solterra have documented 20-inch factory wheels. Both models use 20x7.5 as their largest documented factory wheel. Their wheel-diameter ranges are also identical at 18–20 inches, although their documented OEM tire sizes differ: Ascent uses 245/50R20 and 245/60R18, while Solterra uses 235/50R20 and 235/60R18.
