How Installation Works with NeoTires
NeoTires offers tire delivery without installation. At the checkout stage, you can choose one of two options:
- tire delivery to one of the installation centers near your home, with professional mounting by shop installers ;
- tire delivery to your home or business address, including a shop of your choice, with self-installation.
While NeoTires facilitates tire delivery at your convenience, installation scheduling and further communication with the shop are the customer's responsibility. The installation process, price, accuracy, and technique are also up to customer-shop management.
Choosing a Preferred Installation Center
Our network of installation centers across the country covers over 10,000 independent points. We will deliver your tires to the center you select during checkout, and you will know they have arrived by tracking your order with the tracking number you receive in your Order Confirmation email. Make sure you provide the correct Zip Code when filling in your details so that the system generates the nearest available installation shops for your convenience.
The partner shops listed on the NeoTires platform are neither owned nor operated by NeoTires. This means that we cannot control or influence the service quality they provide, and we cannot intervene in communication regarding appointments, prices, or rescheduling. We encourage you to choose a partner shop nearby whose professionalism you trust. Also, confirm shop availability before visiting and installing your tires.
What to Bring to Your Installation Appointment
All you need to bring to the installation center is your NeoTires receipt confirming your ownership of the new tires. This receipt is proof of your purchase, providing relevant information to the installer. You can present the receipt in digital form (which you can find in your Order Confirmation email) or printed, if it is more convenient for you.
What if You Need to Reschedule Installation?
NeoTires delivers your tires to a center convenient to you, but does not interfere with the management of the actual installation process. If you need to reschedule your appointment after arranging it, it is wise to coordinate the changes directly with the center's customer support.

While we provide the tires, you decide when and where they get mounted. If you are skilled at self-installation, you can get them fast at your home or choose a delivery point convenient for you.
