Accelera Phi 2
This model is an ultra-high performance all-season tire developed to serve a wide range of sporty coupes, sedans, hatchbacks, and other passenger vehicles providing great traction, excellent handling, and stability on the road.
The Phi 2 comes with an innovative all-season tread compound molded into an asymmetric tread pattern that presents the dynamic medium lateral groove combined with a unique shoulder block designed to provide wet performance improving rolling resistance, and respectively reduce tread noise and add extra cornering stability. This tire has a special straight dry rib designed to maintain stability and superior handling on the straight-line motion and more flexibility on the road.
For safety reasons, the tire presents five circumferential grooves, combined with lateral notches developed to boost water evacuation from under the tire footprint for the best-wet traction and handling ensuring a low risk of hydroplaning. The Accelera engineers use the latest technologies in the tire industry to produce a quality, durable, and eco-friendly rubber product.
To increase the passenger safety inside the tire we can find a durable internal structure that includes special steel belt construction designed to add extra durability and strength. The Accelera Phi 2 is available from 18 to 21-inch sizes, with a W and Y-speed rating, backed by 45,000 miles or 5 years tread warranty.
