Bridgestone Dueler H/T 685
This model is a heavy-duty highway all-season tire built to serve a wide range of full-size pickup trucks, vans, crossovers, and SUVs used in hard-working applications. It is designed to provide confident all-season performance, extra safety, more ride comfort, increased wet traction, and much-improved performance on snow and ice.
The Dueler H/T 685 comes with a long-lasting tread compound molded into a symmetric tread pattern for easy rotation. It has a unique designed footprint to equally distribute the load to promote uniform wear. For safety reasons, the Bridgestone engineers use four wide, circumferential grooves designed to boost water evacuation under the tire footprint reducing the risk of hydroplaning.
To increase the biting edges needed for light snow traction the tire received independent tread blocks and deep sipes. To enhance durability and strength the Bridgestone uses a special all-season tread compound along with a 2-ply construction and 2 robust steel belts.
The Dueler H/T 685 has a special internal construction built especially to stabilize the tread for towing and hauling heavy loads. This model replaced the 684 II, 687, 689, 840, and 470 models. It is available from 16 to 20-inch size backed by up to 50,000-miles tread life warranty.
