This tire comes with an all-season tread compound molded into a symmetric tread pattern built to ensure the best performance and minimal road noise in its class. To provide enhanced traction and more steering response on dry pavement Bridgestone uses interlocking tread blocks and larger outer shoulder blocks. For safety reasons, these models present four wide circumferential grooves to better channel away water under the tread. Added biting edges offer more grip on snow-covered surfaces.
The RE92A has two steel belt construction reinforced with nylon for added strength and stability throughout the speed range. At the request of customers, the RE92A is produced in both a standard and run-flat version.
This model is available from 16 to 20-inch sizes backed by a 40,000 miles tread life guarantee.
