Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position
This model is a High-Performance Summer tire developed for the drivers of powerful sports cars, coupes, and sedans who are looking for the best summer performances and sporty drive experience. It is designed to show performance in hot, wet, and dry conditions.
The Potenza S-04 Pole Position comes with an advanced tread compound molded into an asymmetric tread design with a large outboard shoulder, interlocking tread blocks, and a central circumferential rib designed to ensure steering response, cornering precision, and more stability on the road. A special continuous circumferential rib improves wear quality to reduce noise throughout the life of the tire.
For safety reasons, Bridgestone uses high-angle tread blocks in the intermediate ribs to promote longitudinal stiffness. To reduce the risk of hydroplaning it has wide circumferential grooves along with lateral grooves.
This tire has strong internal construction which presents a lightweight belt package that presents twin steel belts supported by a spirally wrapped aramid/nylon cord designed to provide responsive handling and a high level of ride comfort.
This model is available from 16 to 20-inch sizes backed by a limited tread life guarantee. Don't use these tires in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.
