Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus
This model is a touring all-season tire designed to serve all types of coupes, sedans, minivans, and crossovers. It provides the best year-round performance, responsive handling, increased fuel efficiency, ride comfort, and longer-lasting tread life.
The Turanza Serenity Plus has an advanced tread compound molded into an asymmetric tread pattern designed to provide low rolling resistance, ride comfort, and extra stability on the road. Due to the silica enhanced NanoPro-Tech rubber tread compound, the tire presents good traction, especially on wet and snow-covered road surfaces, by controlling the interaction between the silica, carbon black.
For safety reasons, the Bridgestone uses three circumferential grooves along with lateral grooves to provide good traction on wet surfaces and boosted hydroplane resistance. The 3-D Sub-Surface Platform improves traction on snow-covered road surfaces due to the biting edges that grip snow, hard-packed snow, and ice.
To add strength and durability the engineers use two steel belts that are nylon reinforced by polyester cord body.This model is available from 15 to 19-inch sizes in H, V or W-speed ratings, backed by an 80,000-mile treadwear warranty.
