Continental Conti HTL3
This model is a fuel-efficient trailer tire developed especially to provide load safety, uniform tread wear for extra mileage, and additional road adherence. It is designed to be used on spread-axle applications.
The Conti HTL3 comes with a SmartWay Verified tread compound molded into an optimized tread pattern that presents a multi-rib with an improved footprint for better pressure distribution providing increased mileage, adherence, and more stability at the same time. It uses the 13/32”tread designed to promote casing durability, managing road shocks, and other hazards. Continental engineers use the latest innovation in the tire industry to provide longer wear and lower rolling resistance by predicting rubber characteristics at the molecular level.
For safety reasons this model is built on the Conti 3G Casing combined with durable sidewall construction to provide maximum casing durability, and retreadability. Two wide, deep circumferential grooves provide high aquaplaning resistance by better water and slush dispersion from under the footprint, improving wet braking and traction performance. Compared with the Conti EcoPlus HT3 this tire shows improved mileage.
Continental Conti HTL3 is available from 22.5 and 24.5-inch sizes backed by long-lasting treadwear being one of the best trailer position options for a wide range of commercial vehicles used in goods transportation.
