The ContiTouringContact CV-CW95 comes with an advanced silica-enhanced tread compound molded into a symmetric tread pattern to provide lower rolling resistance combined with cold-weather traction. Due to computer-optimized tread design, the tire received excellent ability to rotate thus improving tire tread life. Continental engineers use the latest technologies to reduce road and interior noise, making the driving experience more enjoyable.
The tire presents special sipe elements to provide the additional biting edges necessary to enhance traction in light snow. For safety reasons, this tire has four wide circumferential and lateral grooves designed to reduce the risk of hydroplaning making the driving experience safer.
