Continental CrossContact LX25
This model is a touring All-Season tire developed especially for the drivers of crossovers, small SUVs, and who are looking for a comfortable, luxury ride experience combined with confident year-round traction. It enhances driving pleasure, saves fuel, providing extra grip when it comes to braking and acceleration performance on wet surfaces.
The CrossContact LX25 has a next generation EcoPlus Technology compound molded into a symmetric tread pattern combined with notched outboard shoulders, independent intermediate tread blocks, and continuous center ribs designed to deliver confident traction, low road noise, and good steering responsiveness. For safety reasons, this model presents four wide circumferential and lateral grooves to reduce the risk of hydroplaning thus enhancing wet traction.
One of the most notable technologies used in the production of this tire is Comfort Ride Technology. It means a special absorption layer below the tread designed to provide a smooth, comfortable ride along steering response. Lateral and diagonal sipes guarantee biting edges for more traction in slippery conditions.
The CrossContact LX25 has a special internal construction that presents a two-ply, polyester casing and two heavy-duty, steel belts designed to stabilize the tread ensuring confident handling and extra durability. This model is available from 16 to 22-inch sizes, backed by a limited tread warranty.
