Continental HTC
This model is a trustworthy all-position trailer tire developed especially for commercial use to provide excellent traction, uniform tread wear, and additional casing durability. It is designed to be used in on/off-road and mixed service applications.
The HTC comes with a cut and tear-resistant tread compound molded into an aggressive tread pattern that presents a four-rib, lug-like design with a large footprint for better pressure distribution providing increased mileage, adherence, and more stability at the same time.
For safety reasons, this model has a rugged belt tread package to improve casing durability by managing road hazards especially bruises and penetrations. Special tread grooves provide high aquaplaning resistance by better water and slush dispersion from under the footprint, improving the year-round performance. Due to an advanced groove geometry, the tire presents high stone retention resistance for improved casing lifespan. Thick under tread reduces casing penetration for long-lasting use and high performance.
Continental HTC is available from 22.5-inch sizes with 21/32” tread depth, being one of the best all-position/trailer tire options for a wide range of commercial vehicles used in construction applications.
