Continental TerrainContact H/T comes with an advanced tread compound molded into a symmetric tread pattern along with the large, stable shoulder blocks designed to provide confident traction, durability, and safety as well. These tires are engineered to deliver a quiet ride and long life, plus sure-footed traction in dry, wet, and wintry conditions, including light snow.
For safety reasons, the tire presents four wide circumferential grooves and lateral notches designed to better water evacuation from under the tire footprint increasing hydroplaning resistance. The Continental engineers use special traction grooves feature gripping sipes inside the grooves designed to retain snow in the footprint when it comes to deep snow.
The TerrainContact H/T has a special internal construction that presents a two-ply, polyester casing and two heavy-duty, steel belts designed to stabilize the tread ensuring confident handling and extra durability. This model is available from 16 to 22-inch sizes, backed by a limited tread warranty.
