This model is a studless winter tire developed especially for commercial use covering a wide range of vans and delivery vehicles.
The tire has a special tread compound molded into a directional tread design combined with advanced silica tread compounds that allow it to remain more flexible in low temperatures - offering more grip, better braking, and precise handling. Due to the latest innovation in the tire industry used by Continental the VanContact Winter shows reduced rolling resistance improving fuel efficiency and cuts the CO2 emissions.
For safety reasons, the Continental engineers developed an advanced tread design with three circumferential grooves combined with lateral grooves to reduce the risk of hydroplaning, making the ride safer and enjoyable.
