The ZIEX CT60 A/S comes with an advanced all-season tread silica enriched tread compound molded into an asymmetrical tread pattern designed to deliver superior wear life and wet performance over a wide range of operating temperatures but also guarantee extra durability and braking performance. It has special polygonal-shaped inside grooves to offer more edges for increased wet and snow traction, while rigid outside shoulder ribs provide good handling and stability necessary for CUVs. The engineers use a special pitch sequence designed to improve noise comfort but also to promote faster steering performance.
For safety reasons, this model has four wide circumferential grooves combined with lateral notches engineered to evacuate quicker water from under the tire footprint, while the sipes increase the number of biting edges for incredible wet traction. Due to the computer-optimized design, the tire presents a large contact area that promotes better pressure distribution and superb grip and steering response in any weather.
To guarantee extra durability and strength the Falken uses a special internal structure that features a two-ply, polyester casing engineered to damp out impacts on rough roads.
