The GDL651 FS comes with a SmartWay verified tread compound molded into an optimized five-rib tread pattern to extend tire lifespan, promoting extra tread stiffness. The Giti engineers use a wide footprint for better pressure distribution promoting uniform wear. Continuous shoulders distribute weight and torque uniformly to reduce irregular wear. Due to the closed shoulders design, this model promotes high-speed performance, minimizing irregular wear. It stands out with a special compound with low rolling resistance for improved fuel economy.
For safety reasons, this model has a durable sidewall engineered to reduce tire weight, reducing rolling resistance offering extra resistance to cuts and another road hazard even abrasions from curbing and braking. Another important aspect is the innovative block ratio developed to offer uniform block stiffness for additional mileage. It uses four zigzag longitudinal grooves design that guarantees high aquaplaning resistance by better water and slush evacuation from under the tire contact patch, improving the best performance in wet weather conditions.
Giti GDL651 FS is available in 22.5 and 24.5-inch sizes, with 26/32” tread depth, being one of the best drive position tire options for a wide range of commercial vehicles used in goods transportation and construction applications.
