This model is a quality commercial tire developed especially for small and medium-duty trucks to provide excellent durability, uniform tread wear, and maximum mileage over the life of the tire. It was made with the purpose to be used on the vehicle’s trail axle.
This KRT03a comes with an innovative all-season tread compound molded into asymmetrical tread design that presents cut and chip resistant tread designed to enhance durability and strength.
The tire has a deep longitudinal groove to manage the risk of hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from under the footprint, improving the all-season adherence. Due to optimized tread pattern and internal construction, it provides good stability and less stone holding for more durability and safety, but also provides better load distribution.
For safety reasons, this model has optimized tread grooves designed to prevent stone drilling and stone retention for effective clearing of debris.
Kumho KRT03a model is available in 17.5 and 22.5-inch sizes backed by long-lasting treadwear being one of the best trail tire options for a wide range of trucks and commercial vehicles.
