This model is a Touring All-Season tire originally developed for Original Equipment use on the Mercedes-Benz GLE and GLS. It aims to be a one-tire solution for drivers in environments that experience all four seasons, branded with the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake symbol.
The CrossClimate SUV has an innovative all-season tread compound molded into a highly directional tread pattern designed to provide handling stability and the best dry traction. The wide lateral grooves and open shoulders offer better water evacuation from under the tire footprint for high hydroplaning resistance. Special 3D self-locking sipes create additional biting edges and emerging grooves in the shoulders to provide confident winter traction, safe and comfortable driving experience.
The Michelin CrossClimate SUV has an advanced internal construction that consists of a single-ply polyester casing supported by two steel belts designed to ensure handling performance and high-speed durability as well. This model is available from 16 to 20-inch sizes, backed by 6 years of standard limited warranty, or 60,000 miles tread life.
