This model is a performance touring tire developed for a wide range of passenger cars to provide optimum traction, increased road adherence, and low rolling resistance.
The Touring A/S comes with an advanced tread compound molded into an optimized tread design that presents five ribs with improved shoulders designed to promote additional road stability, traction, quiet and comfortable ride. Due to the solid center rib, this tire promotes responsive handling and more straight-line stability. Special tread design with wide low-tread wear shoulder with heat-resisting compound ensure more contact patch for road adherence and additional wear. The engineers use innovative fuel-saving tread compounds developed to minimize the annual costs. It guarantees more tread flexibility in low temperatures, promoting low rolling resistance for more fuel efficiency.
This model stands out with its unique silent grooves engineered to minimize the road noise, thus promoting a quiet and comfortable ride. Four wide circumferential grooves combined with lateral grooves offer high aquaplaning resistance by better water/slush evacuation under the tire footprint for more road stability and vehicle control in both wet and dry conditions. Pantera uses the latest technologies in the tire industry to produce a quality rubber product focused to reduce exhaust emissions. Thanks to special groove geometry with optimum angles the tire shows enough braking performance necessary to stop the vehicle in an accident situation.
