Triangle TRD03

from $0.00/tire

Commercial trips require safety and performance, so Triangle is here to offer both. Their TRD03 is a next generation drive position tire used on semi-trucks involved in long haul applications. By using the latest tech, the producers are able to offer the best fuel efficiency and durability.

Primarily, the tire benefits from a premium compound that lowers the rolling resistance and increases mileage. This not only optimizes fuel usage but reduces CO2 emissions as well, making it nature friendly. The refined tread depth of 26/32nds protects the inner side from cuts and chips, offering more retread cycles. The TRD03 takes advantage of optimal groove placement to keep water away from the tread area, lowering the risk of accidents in heavy rain. In addition, the central lug pattern enhances highway traction even under load pressure, resisting weights up to 7,160 lbs per single tire.

Moreover, the closed shoulder design fends off uneven wear to boost vehicle balance and get the best mileage out of this tire. Triangle chose the most optimal sipe concept to improve road grip by adding extra biting edges. Also, the model has a sturdy casing package that keeps its integrity for a longer lifespan. The stiff black sidewalls provide superb steering control for more safety and reliability. With all those features in mind, this model comes with L and M speed ratings.

Finally, it is available on the US market in popular sizes such as 11R22.5, 11R24.5, 295/75R22.5, and 285/75R24.5. Also, an important note is that the first two sizes come with 14 and 16 ply rating options.
