Americus RD 3000
This model is a highway terrain all-season tire designed to meet all needs for commercial trucks and buses drivers. The RD 3000 comes with a dependable and reliable tread design with a special blocks distribution and advanced compound to enhance interior noise, thus providing extra mileage and good fuel efficiency.
Because the Americus RD3000 is used in heavy-duty applications this model presents a durable and strengthened tread profile to increase towing stability. For better performance, the tire comes with durable sidewalls designed to face cuts, chips, punctures, and other damages.
This tire has the optimized symmetric tread design and an advanced rubber compound to ensure flexible traction in cold temperatures when grip is so necessary. For safety reasons the tire has a special groove pattern, and an open shoulder design to disperse water and slush from below the tire’s footprint ensuring a low risk of aquaplaning. Good contact with the road and better control over the tire allows the driver to confidently maneuver the vehicle.
Americus engineers use the reinforced steel belt structure to reduce the risk of the deformation of the tire’s shape under the driving, due to this feature, the RD 3000 is capable of resisting and carrying heavy loads easily.
This model is available in 225/70R19.5 and 245/70R19.5 sizes with 14 and 16 PL Rating.
