The Hankook Smart Flex DL12 is an all season drive position tire developed especially for tractor heads used in the long haul and regional applications.
Hankook Smart Flex DL12 features a new winter focused tread compound combined with SmartWay Technology shaped into an open shoulder design. The best combination of rib and block pattern guarantees superb road stability, increased lifespan, and better handling in regional services. Continous center rib allows easy turning in regional and fast corners. Wide and open shoulder blocks make the traction touch high level performance. In addition, each tread block presents full depth sipes developed to increase road grip for maximum traction in year round applications. Due to this tread design, this model performs in special winter conditions with mud and snow.
Based on the results obtained after Hankook's internal test, the new Smart Flex DL12 shows up to 13% better endurance, 9% more mileage, and up to 15% less rolling resistance compared with its predecessor. The new model attracts attention due to Multiple 3-Dimensional Sipe Technology. It ensures outstanding traction with binding forces between blocks for long mileage and optimal fuel efficiency.
Moreover, Hankook eSmart Flex DL12 can be met in the next sizes: 11R22.5, 11R24.5, 285/75 R24.5, and 295/75 R22.5.
Note: The 11R22.5 and 11R24.5 sizes come in both 14 and 16-ply ratings, while the rest of the sizes are only in 14-ply ratings. While all sizes are M+S and 3PMSF-rated tires.
