Vredestein Hypertrac
This model is an Ultra-High-Performance all-season tire developed for owners of sporty coupes, premium sedans, for whom superb handling, responsive cornering, confident all-round traction, and high-speed braking performance are the main priorities.
The Hypertrac comes with an innovative all-season tread compound molded into an asymmetric tread pattern that presents wider outboard tread elements designed to guarantee responsive handling, faster steering performance, good acceleration, and braking characteristics. The Dutch engineers use zigzag sipes and other biting edges to improve traction in both wet and snow conditions offering predictable and confident all-season traction.
For safety reasons, this model gained a high void pattern and four optimized circumferential grooves made using specially-tuned polymer blend compounds engineered to maintain wet performance. Deep circumferential grooves evacuate quicker water from under the tire footprint, while the sipes increase the number of biting edges for incredible wet traction. Due to the computer-optimized design, the tire presents a large contact area that promotes better pressure distribution, superb grip, and year-round steering response.
To guarantee more durability and strength the Vredestein uses a special internal structure that features a two-ply, polyester casing engineered to damp out road hazards, while twin steel belts combined with a single polyamide reinforcement ply promote high-speed stability and responsive handling.
