Kumho Ecsta V720
This model is an Extreme Performance Summer tire developed especially for sports cars, performance sedans to provide maximum adherence and responsive handling in competition environments.
The Kumho Ecsta V720 comes with an advanced summer tread compound featuring fine carbon black and synthetic resins designed to boost grip, cornering traction, and extra stability on the road. This model presents an asymmetric tread design that presents crossed lateral groove engineered to ensure consistent cornering traction and dry road responsiveness handling. The Kumho uses an optimized tire footprint pattern to manage the lateral cornering forces and longitudinal braking and acceleration grip for a longer lifespan and durability.
For safety reasons, it has special two inboard circumferential grooves and lateral notches designed to increase water evacuation from under the tire footprint for improved hydroplaning resistance in wet conditions. To increase strength and durability this tire has special internal construction that presents a high-strength carcass for increased durability and handling performance.
The Kumho Ecsta V720 is available from 17 to 19-inch sizes, in W-speed rating. It is used as a replacement tire for BMW M3, Subaru BRZ, Porsche 911, Mazda RX-7, Volkswagen Golf GTI, and many other models.
