Kumho KMD41
This model is a quality off-road tire developed especially for commercial use to provide aggressive off-road traction, road stability, excellent casing durability, and increased wear performance. It was made with the purpose to be used on the vehicle’s drive axle for Mixed, and Off-Road applications.
This KMD41 comes with a cutting and chipping resistant tread compound molded into an aggressive tread design that presents an aggressive 31/32” multi-lug design developed to provide maximum traction, tread wear performance, and extreme performance in off-road heavy-duty applications.
It has a wide and optimized footprint for better pressure distribution along the tread area. Due to the block stiffness and optimum contact patch, the tire shows outstanding shoulder rigidity and high performance when it comes to rolling resistance, braking, and wear. The tire gained Integrated Component Optimization System Technology designed to optimize tire casing shape, which redirects stress in critical areas, for more long tread life and off-road performance.
For safety reasons this model has wide tread grooves designed to prevent stone drilling and stone retention but also to offer high aquaplaning resistance by dispersing water and slush from under the footprint, improving the off-road traction.
Kumho KMD41 model is available in 22.5 and 24.5-inch sizes backed by long-lasting treadwear being the best drive wheel position option for a wide range of trucks and commercial vehicles.
