Kumho WinterCraft WS71
This model is a studless winter tire developed for use on a wide range of Crossovers, and Sport Utility Vehicles drivers who are looking for incredible traction on ice, slush, and snow without any compromise.
The WinterCraft WS71 comes with an innovative silica compound molded into an aggressive asymmetrical tread pattern made with a special rubber compound designed to stay flexible even in the coldest weather for responsive handling, excellent adherence on snowy and icy conditions. Due to the computer-optimized tread design, the WS71 offers more grip, reduced braking distances, and high comfort.
For safety reasons, the tire has four wide circumferential tread grooves designed to improve winter performance and aquaplaning resistance by no water accumulating in the contact patch. The Kumho engineers use innovative compound mixing technology in the tire industry to improve traction and braking performance even on snow and ice.
Inside the tread, we can find a special internal construction that includes two steel belts with spirally wrapped nylon designed to promote strength, durability, road stability, and safety. This model is available from 14 to 21-inch sizes, backed by a limited Kumho Warranty.
