Pirelli Scorpion Winter
This model is a winter tire developed especially for the owners of muscle and powerful luxury crossover and SUVs. This tire is designed to deliver low-temperature wintertime driving performance by combining predictable handling on dry and wet roads with traction in snow and on ice.
It comes with an advanced tread rubber compound molded into a directional design that features a rounded tread profile, modular center block geometry, and stable shoulders to ensure extra stability on the road. For safety reasons, Pirelli uses wide circumferential grooves designed to provide good traction on wet and slush-covered roads even in snow and on ice.
Scorpion Winter Performance Winter / Snow radials meet the industry's severe snow service requirements and are branded with the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol. Limited sizes of the Scorpion Winter are available with Pirelli Noise Cancelling System, RUN-FLAT, and SEAL INSIDE Technology. PNCS presents a special layer of sound-absorbing foam to reduce cabin noise in the vehicle.
This tire is used for Original Equipment fitments, on ALFA ROMEO, ALPINA, AUDI, BMW, BENTLEY, JAGUAR, LAMBORGHINI, LAND ROVER, MASERATI, MERCEDES, and PORSCHE models.
