Introducing the new mining tire, the Maxam MS403: built to handle the toughest jobs. Whether it's carrying heavy loads or navigating rough terrain, this one keeps your mining equipment moving smoothly and efficiently. And, it goes on rigid frame haul trucks.
Firstly, the E4+ deep tread provides better protection against wear and tear. Mining operations often involve driving over sharp rocks and debris, which can damage the Maxam MS403 over time. However, with a deeper tread, there's more material between the surface and the inner parts of the model, making it less likely to get punctured or worn down quickly. This means the rubber lasts longer, even in harsh conditions. Then, the innovative grooves work very well on high sites TKPH. They also help the Maxam MS403 shed debris. As mining vehicles move, they can pick up mud, rocks, or other materials that get on the rubber. But, there are optional stone ejectors that deliver extra protection from stone trapping.
Secondly, the heat resistant undertread protects the Maxam MS403 from getting too hot. When such tires roll over rough surfaces and carry heavy loads, they generate a lot of heat. If the rubber gets too hot, it can become weaker, wear out faster, or even get damaged. Thus, the heat resistant undertread helps to keep the temperature of the tire under control. Adding to this, the open shoulders are capable of withstanding up to 220,500 lbs per single tire, depending on the size. The shoulders also deliver better control, especially when making turns. Finally, the available sizes on the US market start with 29'' and go up to 63'' rim diameter options.
