Return Conditions

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for either a full refund or an exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

Clauses for Return Eligibility

  • Mounted or Used Tires: Tires that have been mounted, damaged, or used do not qualify for a return or refund. To be eligible, tires must not have been installed on a rim or utilized in any way.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns without prior approval from NeoTires will not be accepted or reimbursed.

Specific Return Conditions

  • Tire Age: Returns related to tire age are accepted. In such a case, Neo Tires LLC is not responsible for return shipping. The buyer agrees to receive the tire as listed, including in cases where no production year is disclosed.
  • Incorrect Specifications or Sizes: Returns due to ordering the wrong specifications or sizes are accepted, but shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility. It’s important to double-check tire specifications before making a purchase.
  • Verification Responsibility: Customers must confirm that the brand, model, size, and specifications are correct before mounting once received. Mounted tires cannot be returned, even if they do not meet expectations.

Handling Incorrect Shipments

For items shipped incorrectly by NeoTires, we will provide an exchange or reimbursement. Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for this resolution.

Refund and Exchange Process

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the returned product has been received and reviewed. Partial refunds may apply in specific circumstances.

Reimbursement Method

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Damage and Shipping Claims

Contact our support team at 302-276-8361 immediately if your order arrives with incorrect or damaged tires. We’ll report the issue to the carrier/shipper and arrange a replacement. Damaged or incorrect tires shall be returned to us, and we will provide shipping labels (we will send them to you) for easy returns.

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled or changed 30 minutes after placement will incur a fee to cover processing costs. While we aim to remain flexible, this fee helps us manage operations efficiently. Please review your order carefully and apply any changes within the first 30 minutes after order placement. 

Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy

NeoTires provides customers with a full manufacturer’s warranty for every product we sell. This includes coverage for defects in materials or workmanship, with options for repair or replacement. Additional warranties, such as treadwear mileage guarantees or trial periods, may also apply depending on the tire and brand. These warranties are valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another party.

Conditions beyond the manufacturer’s control are not covered under warranty. Examples include:

  • Irregular wear due to poor maintenance or vehicle issues
  • Damage from accidents, vandalism, or improper inflation
  • Incorrect tire application for your vehicle
  • Improper storage of tires
