I mistakenly ordered the wrong tire size, 235/45R19 instead of 235/45R20 and only noticed when they were delivered. I contacted customer service, and they helped me. I only had to pay the difference in price between the sizes. Delivery was fast. Thank you Neotires for the excellent service, and sorry for my mistake.
