Dynatrac DT340 is an open shoulder drive position tire. This model is designed for regional use promoting high performance when it comes to traction, grip, mileage, and durability. It meets the needs of a wide range of ready mix trucks, P&D trucks, and dump trucks.
Above all, the DT340 comes with a durable compound molded into an optimized tread pattern. It presents five lugs like ribs among which open shoulders that provide confident traction in a variety of weather conditions. In addition, aggressive center lugs with zigzag lateral siping increase the traction and grip, without compromising lifespan. Thanks to a new groove geometry this tire shows high resistance to stone retention and drilling, thus offering casing protection.
For safety reasons, it has a tough tread compound molded into up to 26/32” deep tread pattern. As a result, it ensures enhanced carrying, great mileage, and multiple retreads. Deep and wide tread grooves reduce all the risks in terms of hydroplaning. These elements helpt to expel rapid water from under the tire, offering great road grip, and firm braking distance.
Dynatrac DT340 is available in 19.5, 22.5, and 24.5-inch sizes, with 14, and 16-ply ratings. According to the customers’ feedback, this model is one of the best drive position tire options at a decent price. It is suitable with Mack Granite/LR, Kenworth T800, Ford F550, and Volvo FMX.
