Bridgestone M770
This model is a single-axle drive tire developed for commercial use to show performance in terms of traction, uniform tread wear, grip, load safety, and casing durability. It is designed to be used in P&D and distribution applications.
The M770 comes with an optimized cap/base tread compound molded into an aggressive lug tread pattern that presents open shoulders for increased single-axle traction. Optimized footprint comes to offer better pressure distribution promoting uniform wear. The Bridgestone engineers use a computer-optimized all-steel casing that presents four steel belts and a strong steel body ply engineered to deliver increased durability and retreadability.
For safety reasons, this model presents wide and deep tread grooves combined with lateral grooves designed to promote high aquaplaning resistance by better water and slush evacuation from under the tire contact patch, improving the best performance in severe weather conditions. Due to special stone rejector platforms and groove geometry, the tire presents good stone retention resistance by improved resistance to capture and retention of casing -damaging stones.
Bridgestone M770 is available in 22.5 and 24.5-inch sizes, with 31/32” tread depth, being one of the best single-axle drive position tire options for a wide range of commercial vehicles used in goods transportation and construction applications.
