The S665 EFT comes with a SmartWay verified tread compound molded into an optimized tread pattern that presents five continuous ribs engineered to provide exceptional traction in all weather conditions, uniform wear for extended tire lifespan, and less annual costs. The engineers use a new-optimized footprint for better pressure distribution promoting uniform wear and more road stability as well. To reduce CO2 emissions, the Sailun uses a specialized tread compound developed to offer low rolling resistance along with improved fuel efficiency on highways.
For safety reasons, this model has four deep circumferential grooves combined with micro-sipes on the ribs designed to guarantee improved aquaplaning resistance by better water and slush evacuation from under the tire contact patch, providing the high performance in wet weather conditions. Due to the variable tread angles this model presents a self-cleaning pattern with high stone ejection resistance for additional casing protection. The multi-rib pattern provides consistent traction and vehicle control, reducing rolling resistance but also to promote reliable road adherence and lateral stability.
Sailun S665 EFT is available in 22.5 and 24.5-inch sizes, with 18/32nds tread depth, being one of the best steer/ all-position tire options for a wide range of commercial vehicles used in goods and people transportation, like coach buses, P&D trucks, multi-axle trailers, local buses and freight trucks. This tire is backed by a standard Sailun warranty, if this is not enough the Sailun offers two Recap Casing Warranty with a Casing Retread Allowance.
