Hercules Strong Guard H-MW is a wide base all position tire built for special mixed service. This model promotes performance when it comes to carrying, durability, grip, and road stability.
Above all, the Strong Guard H-MW comes with a cut and chip resistant compound molded into a wide tread design. This model presents four ribs among which closed shoulder blocks. These blocks ensure superb traction in a wide variety of road conditions. In addition, special center blocks and open sipes increase the traction and grip performance, without compromising mileage. Thanks to groove geometry, it shows resistance to stone retention and drilling, thus preventing damage, even on and off road. It stands out with incredible carrying ability, up to 12,775lbs maximum load. The engineers use a wide footprint to increase the distribution of weight and braking forces.
Moreover, it has a durable tread compound molded into up to 23/32” deep tread pattern. It also promotes great carrying ability and multiple retreads for more miles. Therefore, zigzag grooves expel quick water from under the tire footprint. For safety reasons, it has special ejector platforms and curb protector, designed to increase overall casing integrity.
Hercules Strong Guard H-MW is available in 22.5-inch sizes, with 20-ply ratings. According to the customers’ feedback, this model is one of the best all position tire options for Western Star 4900 dump trucks, Volvo FMX, and Peterbilt 367.
