Michelin CrossClimate2 received advanced Michelin's Thermal Adaptive all-season tread compound molded into a V-Formation directional tread pattern designed to provide the best performance in dry, wet, and wintertime. In the production of this model, Michelin engineers use PIANO Noise Reduction Tuning that improves tune out airborne noise by augmenting tread element geometry and timing variation. The braking traction is boosted by V Ramp chamfers that increase contact with the road surface under load.
The 3-D SipeLock technology is used to add block rigidity to provide confident handling and cornering stability. Moreover, the optimized pattern ensures a safe and pleasurable ride experience.
